Equipment Description
The metal detector head accurately detects various metal contaminants and contaminated products introduced during the production process, effectively enhancing product quality and safety. Whether for raw materials, bulk materials, finished products, or whole cartons, the metal detector head is highly sensitive in detecting various metal contaminants hidden within. These include all types of metal foreign objects such as metal shards, steel wires, broken needles, screws, blades, and all types of stainless steel, as well as ferrous (iron), non-ferrous (copper, aluminum, etc.), and stainless steel materials.
Can be installed on the production line, detecting metal signals and providing alarm lights and removal devices as needed
