The metal separation system is capable of removing both ferrous and non-ferrous metal contaminants (such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) from liquid or pasty products pumped through the line.

Once metal is detected, a rejection valve diverts the contaminated material into a waste bin. The arc valve rejection mechanism is specifically designed for viscous materials, while the pneumatic ball valve is particularly suitable for applications involving filled products containing solid particles.

The metal separator is supplied mounted on a stainless steel frame, suitable for tabletop or wall installation. If required, it can also be installed on a mobile and height-adjustable stand.
